1. Who may use ToysAI

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. ToysAI is intended for adults shopping for children. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. What ToysAI does

ToysAI provides a conversational assistant, Miko, that suggests toys based on what you describe: a child's age, interests, developmental goals, occasion, and budget. We also operate a storefront where you can order selected products, and we link to third-party retailers.

3. AI-assisted recommendations

Miko's responses are generated with artificial intelligence. They are suggestions to help an adult make a decision, and they can be incomplete or wrong. In particular:

• Miko is not a child development, medical, educational, or psychological professional, and its output is not professional advice.
• Age guidance, developmental benefits, prices, and availability may be inaccurate or out of date.
• You are responsible for deciding whether a toy is suitable and safe for a specific child.

4. Toy safety

Always follow the manufacturer's age grading, safety warnings, and instructions on the product packaging. Small parts can be a choking hazard for young children. Where the manufacturer's age rating differs from anything shown on ToysAI, follow the manufacturer. Adult supervision may be required for some products.

5. Product information and pricing

Product details, prices, and stock come from our catalogue and from retailer data, and may change without notice. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise. We try to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free. If we discover a material pricing or description error affecting your order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders and payment

• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order and payment succeeds.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Adding an item to your basket may reserve stock for a limited period. Reservations expire.
• We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, including where stock is unavailable or the order appears fraudulent.

7. Delivery

We deliver within Singapore. Delivery timeframes shown are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please give an accurate delivery address; we are not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

8. Returns and refunds

Tell us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Unopened items in original, saleable condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened items where the packaging seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or the Sale of Goods Act in Singapore.

9. Affiliate links

Some links on ToysAI earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases you make on a third-party retailer's site are governed by that retailer's terms, privacy policy, delivery, and returns policies, not ours. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ToysAI for anything unlawful, or to harass, abuse, or harm anyone.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its infrastructure, or another user's account.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract our catalogue or conversation output, or use automated means to place orders.
• Attempt to manipulate Miko into producing harmful, unlawful, or misleading content.
• Interfere with the service's operation or circumvent fair-use limits.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.

11. Your account

If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe it has been used without your permission. Fair-use limits may apply to how many requests you can make of Miko.

12. Intellectual property

ToysAI, the Miko assistant, and the site's design, text, and graphics are owned by us or our licensors. Product names, images, and trade marks belong to their respective owners. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

13. Service availability

ToysAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ToysAI. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
